What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery usually takes between 3-5 days. We aim to ship your order the next working day. I.e. if you place your order on Monday we will ship it on Tuesday and you will receive your order on Wednesday or Thursday. However, shipping can sometimes take 1-2 days extra due to shipping carrier delays during the holidays or due to bad weather.
Can I order a poster with other measurements than what listed on the website?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase posters with measurements other than the ones listed on the website.
What if a product I ordered is faulty or damaged?
Please send us an email with a photo of the faulty/damaged item(s) and any additional information to email@example.com and we'll make sure you receive a new poster free of charge.
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 30 days of your purchase by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if the product is non-faulty.
